I liked that it is a quality kit, and made a greatgift.

This is the final piece in my Bristol produced WW2 aircraft collection. Airfix has done a beautiful job in all aspects of the kits ; decals, insructions, fit , etc. The only areas on the Blenheim, Beaufort and Beaufighter that I would improve are the rather fiddly undercart and the lack of a complete paint colour call-outs. For interior colours there are only Humbrol Paints numbers.

Easily the best kit of this aircraft ever. Extensively detailed, panel lines not too deep, engineered for the discerning modeler. Wish it had decals and appropriate parts for a Beaufort in Malta, but easily remedied. More to come as I build it.

This review is entirely focused on the packaging used for plastic model kits and is not intended to disparage the seller or Airfix.I am fairly sure that the condition of the product's box was far better than it's condition as received. The contents are mostly undisturbed, BUT, one should reasonably expect that the manufacturer's packaging is also reasonably undamaged. Amazon, do better.
