Absolutely wonderful

I haven’t read the book. I purchased it for my son. We ate a wonderful meal at this restaurant in November.

So, most home cooks probably can't cook the majority of recipes in this. A lot of it uses specialized equipment that almost no one has in their home. It's incredible for inspiration and learning. And if you can actually cook from it, hey, three michelin star meals.

5 star recipes, however, the pages are a little short. By short I mean the actual book is smallish in stature which is annoying when turning pages and reading. If it wasn't for that design issue then this would be a 5 star rating.For the recipes; beautiful, inspiring and very, very difficult. Just how it should be.

Great book, detailed and easy to follow. Can't come close to preparing everything but it's a good start:)

Small type and overly busy makes the book difficult to read. It doesn't do justice to the restaurant it comes from.

This book is great even if you're not a professional chef. If you just want to be inspired by food.
