Q: Would a full pumpkin roll fit?

The bag is 15" long and 18" around including the sides and gusset. I make a 15" pumpkin roll, so mine would not fit but I believe they are usually 10 or 11 inches long so the standard one should fit.

Q: Are these bags full of holes or solid bags?

They are solid bags and I love them!

Q: Anyone know what these bags are made of? I see no description. Is it cellophane? Or regular ziplock type plastic?

Not on the packaging label either, but it feels like the bag is made of LDPE( low density polyethylene) - regular material used to make food packaging plastic bags

Q: How many in. are left after using the twist tie? I want to make add a gift tag & need to have some extra inches extending over tie.

not sure on inches but I had plenty of room to add gift tag
