Well made flexible and better than expected
Works so great and the Velcro is a lot stronger and better made than I thought it would be so I’m extremely happy. And I was also worried the ice pack would be too hard to contour to my foot when frozen, but beyond my belief it works amazing and doesn’t have any issues contouring to my foot and it’s surprisingly comfortable and it stays cold for a lot longer than any flexible ice pack I have used before. It also comes with a freezer bag to store in the freezer.

Nice for foot injury
Great cool pack for my ball of foot pain. Love that I can wrap it around my feet for some cool therapy.

Guess what ladies, if you are in any phase of menopause and nothing helps, wrap these on your feet (or ankles) when you go to bed! Along with my fan, these really keep me from sweating most of the night!! Also, great for plantar fasciitis pain on my foot and a badly sprained ankle in the other. The night sweat relief was a great added perk. They don't stay cold for long but still a great help. I got two pairs so there is always one in the freezer.
