The best tower on the market. No cap.
The noise is only relevant when I blast the fans which means 8 at 2k rpm since they are all connected to the included fan hub. The build quality is far more than just impressive. I can't express how awesome this case is. I was not taken aback by the size like some other reviewers because my previous cases have all been full towers but not dual systems. For a mid tower to have the ability and space to put in another system is amazing. So far we have come.I don't see an issue with the covers instead of grommets except when it comes to the big atx plug. I have trouble with that when it's grommets so the fact that Phanteks is trying a different approach is refreshing. I love the tool box. Still have my old one from my 3to4 yr old case. More screws because there's never too many.I love that the front and top come off so easily. The doors are amazing as well because I can pop em open whenever yet they won't open on their own and my kids can't open em.Much better protection from the furry friends' hair than I have ever had on a tower. The front filter/mesh is a very nice touch. Mine seems crooked but I don't care. You have to stare at it with the front off to see it. That's one of the only gripes I have. The PSU shroud should be detachable but it's not nbd.It has a lot of room to build in and planty of expansion options and fan expansion is available with a splitter. This tower is probably the easiest to build in. The manual is the best in the world. It beats out my previous Phanteks manual for my previous tower. Oh amd one last thing 3 ssd trays with 3 ssd mounts to hold em. Unlike my previous full tower which came with one ssd tray and like 6 mounts. Good job Phanteks no need to skimp on the trays when you go so far on the manual, the case and the hub.Specs: P600S BlackAMD 5600 @ 4.2Evga 280mm AIO Front in push/pullMSI 307016gb Ram2 nvme 1 4.0 [email protected] sata ssd/1 usb hddSceptre 30 inch Ultra Wide 2560x1080 200hz 5 ms8 fans in hubI usually stay around 50c full load even though it's 105f outside.I hope this review helps you on your journey. All-around great case, one stand-out issue
This case has everything you'd look for in a mid-tower. Plenty of working room, spacious interior without any cages in the way, shroud that covers the PSU and your HDDs, back panel mounting for SSDs, sound-dampening padding on the interior panels, plenty of fan mounting brackets, premium tempered glass side panel, tool-less breakdown and reassembly, very tasteful RGB and accessible front I/O ports. My one issue with it is that the front panel is one solid piece of metal. There are vents at the top and bottom with filters, but a closed off front panel is extremely restrictive to airflow. Of course, this front panel looks GREAT. This whole case looks great. Luckily the sound-absorbing panels also help a little to dampen the sound of your GPU and CPU coolers turning into jet engines when under load.Another minor issue: The gap for cables that's between the motherboard tray and power supply shroud is just barely too small to fit a 6 or 8 pin VGA power cable through it. I tried multiple ways to fit stock cables through from an EVGA and Corsair PSU and then tried to get my AsiaHorse mod cables to fit and they were all too big. So, you have to route your GPU power cables through the grommet for your motherboard cables. Not really an "issue", just a minor gripe for cable management if you prefer your GPU cable coming through from under your GPU.If you run watercooling, just mount your radiator on top. For aircooling, pick up a couple extra fans to pull air down from the top and you should be good to go.There is a newer version of this case that includes a mesh front panel too, which solves the glaring issue in this one. So, maybe pick up that one instead, but if you prefer to look of the full metal front panel here you can still make it work and it's a 9/10 case otherwise.

Fricking awesome! Just buy it.
So, I originally purchased the NZXT S340 Elite, this is a wonderful case to look at, very minimalistic, I installed everything and had a very low groaning noise coming from the case, i narrowed the noise to the top case fan, I tried several different fans and different size fans, but I could not get rid if the noise, it was driving me nuts, I had no other option other than to return the NZXT and go with what I thought was the 2nd best mid tower case.I installed everything into the Phanteks case (P400s Tempered Glass Edition) and everything went smoothly, turned the PC on set the fan curves with the MSI software, and this thing is so quite, its unbelievable. The cable management is on par with the NZXT, I actually prefer the grommets rather than the bar thingy in the NZXT for feeding cables through the case.I had 1 slight issue with this case, the motherboard side panel was a pain to get off, and even worse to get back on, i initially couldn't figure out what the problem was then noticed the bottom center slider on the panel was bent downwards, I straightened it back up and slid on nice and easy, there are lots of plusses with this case over the NZXT.1. Front mounted fan control (3 speeds)2. Integrated RGB, with an included RGB strip.3. As simple as it sounds, a re-set switch.4. Tinted glass side panel.5. 2 top fan mounts.6. Included 2 fan dust filters.7. Included 2 fan covers if not using top fans.8. Sliders tp position the rear fan, rather than a fixed point. One thing I did not like, there was no cut out on the bottom PSU to pass the GPU cable through on the front side, I disliked this so much I took out my dremmel and cut one in, cable management looks very much better.Don't get me wrong, if I did not have had the weird noise from the NZXT case I would have kept it, it's a great mid tower case, just wasn't for me, now did I say I thought ths was the 2nd best case after the NZXT Elite? Boy was I wrong, this case is fantastic, quieter than the NZXT, aesthetically as nice as the NZXT, more intregated features, more accessories.Buy it you will love this case. One last thing, I will miss my puck :-(.

Best case I've ever owned
This is hands down the nicest case I've ever owned. With all of the cables and drives mounted on the right side behind the mobo, and the fact that this case doesn't come with the front filled with drive bays (but available separately) makes this the cleanest in terms of looks and cabling, and as a result, has the best airflow I've seen.

Simply Fantastic PC Case
Great delivery time, case came very well packaged. After searching literally hundreds of cases i decided to go for the Phantek P400s, and i'm glad i did.O.K. so firstly, this case fits the large CM 212 evo CPU cooler but, you know that already right?I haven't changed my case for quite a while and that mess of cables was really starting to bug me.The case accomodates the cables nicely in the rear side and there are more than a few options for holes to run cables through. The build quality is very nice and looks like a more expensive case than it costs.Fans are installed on a slotted structure so they can be adjusted up and down to your liking.I installed 2 more fans in the top which can be 120mm or 140mm, they too are slotted. The 2 fans provided, 1 in front,1 in back, are not lit so I changed them out for blue led ones. The front panel has a short light strip in the bottom which can change colour at the touch of a button. My mobo fitted very well and case has mounts already installed. This case has been thought out very well and ~Phantek have done a fantastic job.Only 2 things to point out -:1: When attaching sound card / GFX card you have to press quite firmly to get rear mounted into position so you can screw into place.2: There is literally no manual, only a very basic guide pointing out things that you don't need to know. The case does come with magnetic light strip and plenty of extra fan / mobo / case screws. All in all a fantastic looking case that is very practical and i would highly recommend.Bravo !

Bought to improve the look of my system, I tend to upgrade bit by bit instead of doing full rebuilds, so was still using a battered old case from when I bought the system as a barebones package. The case is absolutely stunning in my opinion, went for the Grey/Anthracite to have something a little different to the usual black and the finish is very nice. It includes an LED strip which creates a surprising amount of light for one strip, it can be set to one colour, multi-colour phase or a single colour "breathe" simply by pressing or holding the integrated button on the top panel. Lots of options for cooling, 6 Fan mounts all in all, with space for a double or triple Radiator and fans on the front of the case using a removable hatch on the basement (will have to remove 3.5 HHD tray), likely you'd get a single radiator and fan on the exhaust port as well, but you'd have to have something seriously low profile to get a double rad on the top of the case. Cable management is great with large cutouts for cables, with rubber gromits and velcro straps to run everything up the back of the motherboard tray. Loads of room to build in, one of the easiest of this size I'd suggest.

Bit bigger than I expected but I consider this my misjudgement. The aesthetics are brave but not gimmicky, which I really appreciate. Assembling PC was straight forward. It comes with single 120mm exhaust and single 140mm intake fan, adjustable LED strip inside the case is nice bonus. One star down as components get about 5 degrees warmer than in my other case (Aerocool DS200). It seems that the front panel obstructs ventilation a bit too much. Everything is within reasonable temperatures but avoid this case if you intend to get 250 Watt GPU as its fan would get loud.
