This is such a fun journal that explains feelings but also ways to identify and cope with them. It really shows how wide the range of emotions can be. My 8 year old is really enjoying it and loves the prompts to draw and write on each page.

My daughter has big problem naming her emotions, conversations about them were extremely difficult, thanks to this journal we are learning day by day about fewlings and I already see the progress, as less of the uncomfortable situations finish with tears. Recommed it.
