I was worried taking mushrooms as I don't like them. These have no after-taste & don't make a you burp. I seem to have more control over my adult-onset ADD & my multi-taskinf seems better. Been on this since January (9m)

perfect supplement for increased memory recollection, took for about 3 weeks before I noticed a significant difference in memeory recall and being able to speak more fluently without having to stop and thing about what I was going to say

This supplement is a bit difficult to review in terms of efficacy as Lion's Mane has several benefits according to Healthline and other sources, but those are all long term benefits. For example, I haven't developed Dementia in the past 2 weeks while I have been taking this, but I probably would not have anyway. That said, I feel that the long term benefits are worth the small investment in taking this anyway.As for product quality, these seem to be well made. The capsules are typical size, and they are all filled evenly and consistently. They are not difficult to swallow, and have no taste. The label notes that they are assembled in the USA, but does not provide any insight as to the source of the actual Lion's Mane extract.

Not real pleased with this

Amazing product, noticeable clarity!

This Lion's Mane supplement is very reasonably priced compared to other similar Lion's Mane supplements that I've reviewed. This costs about half as much and seems to be as good a product. As of this review a bottle of this Lion's Mane supplement costs $20.97 I've done a some research on it and it seems to be a very good supplement and highly beneficial for good health. Here are some the benefits it has:- Enhanced brain functioning- Ability to prevent or slow the growth of cancer- Supports heart health- Helps with depression and anxiety- Potent antioxidant- Reduces inflammation- Boosts immune system- Supports digestive healthThe only side effect I've been able to find is that it might cause a slight skin rash with some minor itching but is very rare and not considered serious, just irritating. I think this is a very good lion's mane supplement.
