I bought this eyemask to replace another similar one, but I liked this one because the cover was removable for washing. However, the lavender insert is stiff and bumpy, and doesn't shape to your face. The closure to the cover is a wide strip of Velcro, which also interferes with the flexibility of the mask. The scent is ok, but not very strong. Maybe if I take a rolling pin to it and whack it a bunch of times, it will break up the bumpy large pokey pieces and be a bit more comfortable. I wouldn't buy it again; there are others out there that are better quality and better design for a similar price.

This was very poorly made! Not soft at all and does not reach any type of heat without over heating it in the microwave, and after heating it does not have a pleasant smell!

The mask itself is nice and heats well, but the elastic to keep it in place is very uncomfortable, very tight

Don't like the way the mask feels on my eyes, it makes my eyes feel strange when I take the mask off. I don't know if it's the weight of the Mask, or the ingredients inside the mask.

I was so excited to use this and the first time felt great with the adjustable strap needed to keep mask tight. The second time i used it, the strap ripped right from the side, no joke.
