When I opened the bottle of this product, I was shocked at the size. I have trouble taking large pills. HOWEVER, I have had NO PROBLEM whatsoever taking these pills. They slide right down. Not once has it felt like it got "stuck". I am very happy with the ease of taking them. I take curcumin as a supplement daily, and just switched to the Longa after reading a study about benefits to the brain by taking the Longa variety. I cannot say if it works for pain, as I do not have any pain. I will buy this product again.

This formula and brand was recommended in several reviews for curcumin as a possible way to delay or reduce the symptoms of Alzheimer’s, which runs in my family. Frankly, there is no way to know how or whether this product will work, but at 90 cents per day it is worth a shot. My orders are delivered quickly and the pills seem of high quality.

Good high dose of Curcumin in Longvida form in one pill. Whether Curciumin actually does anything is another question. Who knows, but it can't hurt.
