Crisper Pan for Ninja

Perfect fit. Works great

A bit smaller than expected, but high quality. I even double checked to make sure I bought one for my size of Foodi due to its size. I think it's intentionally undersized to allow you to grab around the edges, but it's kind of hard to do that with tongs without just dumping the contents off the pan.

The Ninja branded crisper pan is better. I bought a second Foodi and needed another pan. The Ninja crisper pan is only available in the 3 piece Bakeware Kit, (come on Ninja). I rarely use the other 2 pans in the kit so I ordered this pan. We use our Foodi just about every day, more than we use the microwave. Burnt stuff comes off of the Ninja branded pan easier than this pan. Stars because it was cheaper than the Ninja Kit and does it's job, but the coating does come off.

I was trying to make cauliflower crust pizza, and it was fine for that, but the small holes are difficult to clean if anything like cheese gets into them. This might be easier if you have a working dishwasher and are not trying to clean by hand.

I was expecting this to fit on top of the rack accessory that sits high in the bowl, right under the air fryer lid. It does not. It sits down in the bottom of the bowl, which feels like it defeats the purpose of air frying (convection requires circulation to work). Frozen food did get cooked through but there was no difference between this and putting a layer of parchment paper in the bottom of the bowl, and definitely not as crisp as on the high rack accessory. I’ll keep it since it “works” and keep trying to find its optimal use.

It's easy to clean. However, a few times through the dishwasher and the plate is now rusty. The food does get crispy. I bought it was a replacement plate because the other one had a screw broken. It doesn't fit snug to the edges, so food like potatoes might fall down to the bowl.

I was surprised how fast the coating peeled off on this. The pan itself is fine but having the coating come off in only a few months is not good!
