Sending it back.
The seal doesn't hold. Hot liquid seaps through when you close the drinking spout. It is like drinking from a dribble cup.

Poor quality control, otherwise a good cup
I bought this one on Amazon as a second purchase after I found one in a store and it became my favorite travel / camp cup. It does work well keeping hot things hot, the ice lasts pretty good for the cold drinks and it doesn't leak as long as you get the lid on correctly. The lid threads are a bit difficult to start with anyways on my older cup and you need to be careful, the one I just purchased were cross threaded out of the box, the plastic threads are now messed up and will require some work to get it corrected, this is the reason for the 3 stars - poor quality control or workmanship, otherwise it would be a 5.

An expensive lesson learned - I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
So after 4 or 5 uses with hot coffee, this cup started leaking through the threads in the lid and it leaked heavily all over my cloths. This $8 cup ruined my $60 dress shirt. I later tested the cup will cold water and it didn't leak. However; when I poured in hot water, it leaked again. I will note that the threads were properly engaged as I tested it multiple times with the same result. I have no confidence in using this cup again.

20oz tumbler that does the job
It's hard to find a good 20 oz tumbler and this one did the trick for us. No issues with leaking and it's fairly simple to close and open. Kept heat relatively well but not as good as some of my smaller tumblers. Looks cheap but does the job. Ordering a second one now

Like this cup!
Excellent size for taking in the car for adults or children, especially since the kid screws on and snaps closed.
