Modem for my Internet
This is a seller who goes above and beyond. Super fast delivery. Packaging was perfect and product looked like it was brand new. He left me contact info if needed and instructions to hook up which surprisingly enough i was able to do. I would for sure buy from this seller again.

Plug and Play- after the firmware download
We have Frontier FiOS internet service. This router is a refurbished Frontier router-- swapped out easy-peasy. It did take about an hour for the firmware to download, just as mentioned in the paperwork. Plug and play after download. : )))))
