Not happy about the Microphone
My wife got this for me for fathers day and it hasn't worked with my computer. I can hook up an old piece of junk external mic and it works just fine.I asked my wife to go online and see about returning for a new microphone and it says her return window is closed. Any help with exchanging would be great.

Even with the phantom amp it is extremely quiet.
