These lamps are beautiful to look at but we have them plug them in yet to see if they worked hopefully it’s not like the bare floor lamp where it’s parked and caught fire

DEER LAMP
I bought 2 of these lamps to put in my living room... They look great... Very well made and durable along with a great price for them... They put out a good amount of light as well... If you are looking for something to add to your house with a wild life scene then you will not be disappointed with these lamps... My son and daughter want one for there rooms now... Realistic whitetail lamp-great size and price!
Apprehensive about purchasing this lamp, went ahead and bought it. It arrived fairly quick, in time for the Christmas surprise, I unboxed it and was very pleased. The features of the deer are very good, the size is great. Makes a perfect statement in the whitetail room. The price was fair on this product. Very little assembly required. I would recommend.

The deer looks nice enough...however, for the price, I expected more.

Looks good at a distance!
The Lamp arrived undamaged with plenty of Styrofoam protection. The lamp is decent construction although not as realistic looking as I would have hoped, it defiantly looks plastic when looking at the detail however it passes across the room in dimly lit areas. I will change the lamp shade at some point to add more corrector to the lamp. The treetop majesty lamp by bradford exchange I own is by far superior craftsmanship although more money and much smaller, as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for". I also don't like the fact the switch is on the cord either its really inconvenient to have to reach around the back side of the lamp and pull the wire up for the switch so this would be best on a switched outlet.

Poor painting.
The lamp is very good quality but the painting of the deer was not good. The deer looked like a brown cow with antlers. I got my paint set out and added white, black and brown shades. I'm very happy with it after I did that.
