I really like this foam roller. It's light but solid - not squishy, which is what I need for the kinds of exercises I'm doing. Softer rollers can dent; this one doesn't. The surface is grippy, which makes it easier to use, and the width is great for a variety of exercises.

Make sure you check whether it has the thin plastic wrap and paper wrap.My first ordered roll had damage marks all over. After i request the replacement, i noticed that the new one had the thin plastic wrapping around with paper wrap as well.But, The product itself is good.
