LivDry Adult XL Incontinence Underwear, Ultimate Comfort Absorbency, Leak Protection, X-Large, 12-Pack

This is an update to my last review. I have continued to use and assess the remainder this product to determine its effectiveness. I have found these are not well suited for individuals who are completely urinary or bowel incontinence. They should be fine for people with bladder leakage. Price wise, these are three times more expensive than the 2 Depends and a standard adult diaper.Received this yesterday with great expectation based on the reviews I read. First off I measured my husband before ordering. I applied this before bed last night. When I put these on my husband, my first impression was they fit more like under ware withe regard to tightness. That is they were not snug but also not really tight. This morning was a disaster. The leaked badly. I am so disappointed in not just the performance but more importantly the cost. These were way outside our budget but I was desperate. As a disclaimer, I am a Registered Nurse. I would not evaluate this product positively if I were looking for a product to use in a healthcare environment.

After trying every brand in the world! I finally found Liv Dry ultimate absorbency in a size Large. While there are sometimes leaks mostly diarrhea...my 82 year old mom has extreme abdominal issues due to over 10 or more surgeries throughout her life! No one ever talks about the Diarrhea or fecal issues us caregivers have to deal with daily! These are VERY EXPENSIVE! They really are the best I have found for both issues. I sure do wish There was a discount for LOYAL AND VERY LOW INCOME CUSTOMERS 🙏🏼! It is really tough paying out of pocket for so many over the counter meds and all other necessary things needed to take care of my adult 32 yr old Autistic son on disability and also happens to have BRAIN CANCER 😰.

I have spent untold amounts of money searching for a pullup for my mother. they were either too tight. didn't absorb anything. or they left rashes. these are perfect!! they stretch enough to get over her hips and just rebound back to hold in place. they hold so much more than any of the others. even the ones at the hospital and rehab center and she says that she can barely feel them. they feel like regular underwear for her which is a relief because since I've been buying these she has gotten better. it's easier to move in them for her so she is more willing to get up and down to use the commode and they don't rub her raw when she's doing physical therapy. they are more expensive but well worth the money spent.

We've tried several kinds of adult underwear over the past few years. These LivDry Ultimate have now become our favorite. They fit well, the sides and back pull up easily and do not tear like so many of the others do. They are also much more leak free than those others we tried. There is nothing quite as frustrating as a pair of adult underwear that is so flimsy that it's almost impossible to full pull up, and often tears. These do not. They also feel very good, both with the padding, and with the overall material. We highly recommend them.

I got these for my elderly father. I have tried I can’t tell you how many brands trying to find something that is absorbent and fits comfortably. I really feel that these work better than some of the larger well-known brand names.
