Yes. I believe so. I actually took the charm off the chain and put it on one I used more often and was shorter.

It’s shorthand for “幸福” which means luck or good fortune.

This isn't a genuine jade stone. I bought two of them as flower girl gifts for a 5 and 4 year old and it was perfect for them.
