These are great for kids! Use them constantly

I got these primarily to help when my milk came in to help dry me up (pregnant and can’t breastfeed). These were very easy to slip into my sports bra, and I could use multiple of them at once. The nice thing is they stay cold for a while but they freeze and are still soft and pliable. The do come with covers but I found I didn’t need them if I just made sure the white side was one skin (not the blue gel side).Even better is these make great ice packs to migraines and bumps and bruises too. So many great uses and they are small enough that they don’t take up a lot of room in the freezer

We bought these for recovery from an upper eyelid surgery. We found that they didn't form too well to the eye socket itself, but we made up little bags of frozen peas to use. We put one ice pack behind the peas to help keep them colder longer and that worked well. We're giving them to our grandkids to use for boo boos and they will be perfect.

These ice packs were perfect to use on my injection sites. However, about 1 year later only 2 of the 10 still freeze nicely. The others stay gel like and do not hold cold very long. For the price, I would still recommend.

These ice packs were a lifesaver when I was experiencing pain with breastfeeding my baby. Would definitely recommend.

you can use these out of the freezer or from a microwave for warmth. WARNING: you should test the hot use by slowly increasing the time in a microwave... also note that with enough heat that they can burn the skin and/or explode in the microwave if left in too long. use these safely by increasing the time for heating by seconds each time to get the results you want.... they can burn if too hot and can also burn if too cold and freeze the skin... use with caution

These are so easy to use, just pop them in the freezer and then pull one out. I had a biopsy recently and was advised to get ice packs to reduce bruising and swelling. I ordered these. Put them in the freezer, used one and when it got warm there was always another that was ready to use. Worked great

I would say that this is a great product but they only stay cold for less than 15 minutes. Typically I ice in 20 minute intervals so these don’t really work for me. They are comfortable and I like the small size of them so I can use them for small areas on my body but I wish they actually stayed cold. On the plus side- the pack comes with a lot so you can switch one out for a fresh cold one as soon as it’s no longer cold enough.
