Great product that is easy to swallow and provides a great supplement to a clean diet. I use this to replace the superfood powder that was too high in niacin for me. I can adjust the amount I take to only 1 tablet per day and still get a good amount of nutrition. I'm a fan.

I notice a big difference in my energy when I take these and I feel better. I don't have trouble swallowing them but they're easy to break apart if you find they are too big. No stomach upset, but they are expensive, so I don't always take 3 a day.I really love that they are nightshade and legume free since I can't eat those. No tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, peas, soy, goji berries... Every other brand I've looked at has at least one of those ingredients so I will continue buying these.

American Botanical Pharmacy makes excellent products that I recommend to anyone trying to improve their health. This powder dissolves very quickly in water and is easy to drink. I’m using it to bolster my nutrition with natural rather than artificially produced ingredients.

I do not claim to eat healthy, so it is important to me to get some greens in somehow. Spinach and Spring Mix are really the only greens I can tolerate.I highly recommend this supplement because if you can tell a good difference on the first day you take something, it must be pretty effective.
