THIS IS GOLD. I rely on this product! I have 3A hair and live in a place with a low dew point year round. Many of the bad reviews are because this product doesn’t have the hold of a styling cream/gel but rather should be used as a base for hydration with a product over it. There is a long dry time because it’s holding that moisture in for your curls so plan accordingly. BONUS you can use it to refresh your curls the next day! Sometimes I even put a little on my curls before I go to bed if they’ve been needing extra love. Just keep an empty bottle, put a little of this in, add water, and shake!

Had been using Lush R&B and got tired of the price and overpowering smell. This is so much better. I'm using Maui Moisture conditioner and this product and it is a huge help with frizz and defining my curly hair. Thanks so much! I like that the smell is not overpowering. It doesn't smell flowery but is just neutral. And better than that it works as a moisturizer and defrizzer.

I use Maui Moisture shampoo and conditioner and really like the scent of them. But this, not so much. Kinda smells like plastic. Not sure if it's the Shea Butter or what exactly, but it definitely does not smell good.

I absolutely love this. My hair is over dyed and over straightened. I'm working on healing it. This does wonders for my hair especially my friend ends. My hair is softer than it's been in years.

I wear a washngo and have dry, dense curls. This product moisturizes and softens my curls so that my hair can "breathe and relax". I follow up with a little flaxseed gel and I'm great to go.

It Makes my hair Softer but wish it didn’t smell

Ordered this because of the reviews and while this product leaves my hair feeling soft and healthy, the smell is a complete turn off. I can’t get past the old crayon box smell. I have only used it once because of this. I even tried adding some of my essential oils to it to help with the smell but to no avail.
