Cool, & Great Buy For Any GoPro
I had the idea to use this for my dirt bike, which doesn't have a head light. I first started looking for bicycle mounted lights, but wasn't sure on the durability and brightness. So i then got the thought of "I wonder if they make a light that uses the same mount as a GoPro so I can then stick one of my GoPro mounts to the front of my dirt bike and then the light" which then lead to the thought that I could even mount it to my helmet like i do my GoPro.So a quick search and this item popped up. & So Far it is perfect! Mounts perfectly to the front of my dirt bike AND even mounts perfectly to my helmet AND can even have the camera mounted on top of it if i wanted to! (don't plan to have both mounted much but at least I can if I want) Its no taller than the GoPro just a bit wider so it doesn't take up much more room and doesn't get in the way anymore than if i just had the camera mounted like I normally do. And its bright enough! I don't ride much in the dark but it gets dark faster in the woods so some extra light helps if you get stuck out late, and I have the option of mounting it on the front of my bike or straight to my helmet which is great!I don't plan to use it much under water so I cant say how well it works for that but, for me, that does mean it should have no problem in the rain or mud.Cool accessory for any GoPro. For the price I think it's great. If GoPro sold something similar I bet they would sell it close to $100, over priced like all of their original accessories.

Let there be light
Fairly bright and works well with GoPro 11 harness. The only thing I wish were different is the battery. If the batter would have been the same dimensions as the GoPro battery then it would have been even better. I didn't check but it might be due to different voltages. If you have GoPro accessories like hat or chest harness then it's definitely worth buying for walking at night.

Great dive light for close in or macro photography work is not a distance light like a dive light
Very durable light just got back from an extended trip where we did 26 dives in Thailand and Indonesia, with several of them being between 30 and 35 m deep light, performed flawlessly is a great fill in light for close work. That is 2 to 3 m or less from your camera put a little silicone gel on the rubber seals before each dive, and it should be a great light for you. PS this is not a dive light. It will not be a substitute for a strong dive light but great for attaching to your go/pro.

Dive light
I got this to use on a chest mount for lobster diving. The light is great but the snap that holds it into the GoPro mount doesn’t lock in. I almost lost the light on my first dive and had to ziptie it. Other than that it works great. It has 3 modes I wish I could reprogram. Bright, half bright and flashing. Who needs flashing for a camera light. Anyways it give me the ambient light I need to catch the lobsters

Have NOT taken diving yet!
I purchased (2) of these lights (as pictured). One had similar problems, in that it came on in the package, right out of the gate. It did turn back off when I pressed the button. They installed nicely on the mount I also purchased on Amazon. The lights seem pretty bright. Brighter than other lights I have purchased. I don't plan to take this on our deep dives, but plan to use this more for 60 ft and above, reef dives. I am not going to be able to test them under water for a couple of months. I will try to come back here and post pictures (good or bad) that demonstrate the quality of lighting, and any problems or pros that I may encounter. So far, I'm pleased. Also, these lights use the batteries as my little camera, so I won't have to pack multiple chargers.

Makes a great dirt bike light .
I was looking to put a cheap light on my son's dirt bike. It does not have a battery so my options were very few. I found this GoPro divers light and the reviews were good. It's measurements saw that it would fit perfectly on the handlebars of his bike. I purchased an aluminum bike bar mount for $15, so for $40 all total I have a light that is as bright as the one on my Enduro for a quarter of the price of a headlight kit. And this thing lights up the night. It is waterproof of course, and has held up very well to riding through the woods. I hope this helps someone else that are trying to make a light bar for their bike.

Great light for scuba diving with a GoPro
I looked at a bunch of lights similar to this one and read hundreds of reviews. I am very happy with this purchase. This light attaches easily and directly to my grip and my GoPro attaches securely and easily to the top of this light. It is BRIGHT... which kind of is the number one thing you probably want in a light. It lasts a long time on a full charge. It doesn’t leak and the price is fair. All in all I am really happy with this purchase and if it dies, falls apart or leaks tomorrow.....I feel I have already gotten my money out of it several times over...but the good news is that it doesn’t look like I have to worry about any of that and I’ll continue using this light as long as I take care of it.

Don't be fooled
This light is not water proof. It is sold as a light for Diving and says it is waterproof up to 25 meters or some such number... Heck.. I would take 25 feet! This light failed at under 10 feet of water. After inspecting it to see what went wrong... There is no seal around the face of the light.I am also not sure how reliable the seal is around the batteries... But I threw silicone on the seal before diving just in case. The battery compartment did not leak. Also, the older version of this light had two batteries. This light has only one battery and while it may last a few hours on the lower setting, the lights dim pretty quick (about an hour)So I am skeptical about their run time as well... All in all, Spend the extra $20 and get a light that is made for diving, because this is not!
