This is an awesome roller! It's the perfect size and shape and you can tell that it is made really well. It's adjustable so you can move the wheels apart depending on how you are going to use it. I got the rocky roller but I kind of wish I had just gotten the bundle. I can see now how each style would be useful for different kinds of stretching and relief. I sit a lot for work and I can tell that it's taking a toll on my back. This has been a great way to get a quick stretch in the middle of the day!

I got the three pack (three diff variations) and I love it! It takes a drop of getting used to, but once you get the hang of how to use it, it feels so good. Love how you can change the intensity based on choosing diff wheels, and also based on how much body weight you put on it. Its basically up to you if you want it to be slight massage or incredibly powerful.Ive been using it for three weeks now and its really great. Super happy with it. Only thing I was was different is that it comes with one stick that you attach the wheels to, so every time you want to switch wheels, need to unlock the current ones, and switch wheels. Would have been nice if they all came pre attached so didnt need to that. But honestly - not a big deal.

Most rollers are just too soft for me when I want a deep back massage. This one obviously stood out as different, and it succeeds. With the right angle, it also gives really nice foot massages!I love the versatility of different spread between the wheels. The downside is I’ve found one of the other gets unlatched on its own easily, and I have to reconnect it. It’s not a big deal, but it’s happened enough to be annoying.

This review is for the HellaRoller Back & Muscle Roller Wheel:I struggled with this product for a bit trying to adjust it since I couldn't figure out how to lock it once opened, eventually I was able to figure it out though, but other than that, it helps with back muscles, the ridges help pin point areas when using on your back or on your side for additional muscle relaxing.A bit steep at $70, but it's pretty convenient and easy to store.

I was on the search for a quality roller that would last, and after trying several cheaper rollers that fell apart, I was very pleased when my investment in the HellaRoller paid off. Right out of the box you can tell that this is a well-designed, high-quality roller. The adjustment mechanism lets me easily position it in 5 different widths, and it actually stays in place when you roll. I personally deal with upper back and shoulder pain from working on the computer all day, and this roller has helped me relieve tension. I also use it when I stretch at the end of the day.

I had high hopes for this. This thing does not work for what they show in the adverts.the only cracking you hear is the actual wheel making noise, not your back.pretty much a total waste of money for me.

I was worried that these would be too violent or too big to be useful. Not so. The size works great, and with a sore enough back, no complaints about the tractor wheels! Digs in, separates vertebrae. But it isn't gentle! So, maybe not for everyone. There is a mechanism for controlling the distance of the two wheels from each other. It is good, it works by and large, but is a tad fussy.

I use foam rollers often for back extension, and I'm generally pretty skeptical of fandangled rollers. But this one actually works very well, I've gotten way more spinal cracking from this. The material is also super heavy duty and solid (and made in the US!) which I was impressed with. Good for many different bodies as the width is adjustable. Totally worth it.
