I read the poor reviews on this but decided to take a chance on it anyway and I'm really pleased that I didFitted in my utility room Really pleased with it. Instant hot water on demand. The flow is adequate and the temperature high enough even in the winter when the supply is very cold.The flexible supply pipe supplied with it is not very good quality though and I replaced that with a proper reinforced one from a plumbing merchant. I think some of the bad reviews relate to this poor quality flexible connection pipe rather than the tap itself

Cold water is fine but trying to get the right temperature on hot… Takes ages to fill a bowl because flow has to be that slow for it to be hot.. well warm. My money m hates it! Will be returning leaving her without a kitchen tap for a few days (hopefully a few days, need to wait for refund)

Highly recommend these taps, works great.

The base with inlet pipe has a grommet which transfers water from the mains into the heating elementthis tube has a plugged over pressure plug which leaked badly, this is poor design I had to seal this to be able to use it; had I had electric on it would have shorted out badly, poorly Designed. I sealed the grommet.

I use hot water pumps and heaters for catering horse boxes, and finally this one works. Don't forget you need a pump for this to function.

Worth the money. I have installed this in my outside bar toilet where there isn't a boiler so you can wash your hands with hot water . The top part is plastic and a little flimsy but doesn't affect the use. Looks the part.

This was the second unit from Amazon, Arrived on time fitting easy, after fitting found second Unit was Faulty, Since returned to Amazon, Not happy as this was the second faulty unit I received from Amazon, I ended up getting one on Ebay that worked

Was easy to install , hot water when needed on a low flow of water, looks nice
