Top quality, Pastry Chef approved.
Ateco is the best brand in my opinion. I have several different size offset spatulas by Ateco.

Practical and Affordable.
I bought this item for an elderly neighbor that has no internet. She requested it for working on cakes. She really likes it so it must be good.

What kind of adhesive did they use??
The spatula is fine. The adhesive used to attach the label however, is another story. I had to buy another product just to remove the glue residue from the blade. 4 stars for annoying glue job. I'm sure the spatula will be 5 star sturdy and useful once I get the glue removed.

Loved the Spatula!
I have NEVER in my life used an offset spatula! I LOVED it! It made icing the cake so easy. I loved the ease of it and the length of it. I am by no means professional. My cakes got iced with your common kitchen "butter" knife. I'm definitely sold on this!

Versatile
This spatula is a handy size for my baking needs. It is versatile; I use it for measuring and gentle mixing of my breads ingredients. Some stylish spatulas with wood handles are lovely, but I don't like to put them in the dishwasher. This spatula wipes clean easily or can go in the washer.

Perfect label placement
Received my spatula today. Removed the packaging, realized that they used some form of absurd superglue to affix the label to the very end of the spatula blade, tried to remove it with some rubbing alcohol, soap and water, all to no avail. I'll be looking for some industrial grade paint thinner soon, but this feels like a problem that doesn't need to exist.I know I'm simply shouting into the void with this comment but if Ateco reads this, do better.3 stars because the actual spatula seems to be of reasonably high quality, besides the glue that I'll be supplementing my food with when I cook with this utensil.
