These are exactly what i needed !! Perfect for my total knee replacement again... i do know what i need and these will be perfect !!An ice machine is nice but it's a little too much to lug around.I bought the 2 pack so as 1 is being used the other can get nice and cold, ready to go !!Keeping the pain to a minimum is extremely important to make life comfortable after this surgery, and these will definitely do the trick.3rd time is a charm, so i'm praying that's true !!The gel is awesome for conforming to the massive bandages, and the coldness of the gel gets through the outter layer which is A+ when it comes to this type of surgery which helps the pain calm down quickly. The material lasts a very long time as long as nobody puts a hole in it.They are great, excellent for anything needed to be cooled down and easy to use, excellent product.Great seller too, these got here super fast !! Best ice pack I’ve bought, and I have a lot of them. This one is fantastic for the knee, but works for other areas as well. My husband used it when he broke his ankle and foot and said it was the best one that we have. I used it when I had knee surgery. It is thick, stays cold longer than most because it is thick, and it velcroes perfectly around the knee. I’m actually able to Velcro it around my knee and if I need to go walk around, it still stays in place. The Velcro is great quality and the straps as well. I get more pain relief from this ice pack more than any others I’ve used!

Torn meniscus, waiting for surgery, knee is inflamed and hurts. This gel wrap is fantastic. Kinda heavy, in a good way. You can mush it to fit the contour of your knee and the Velcro straps keep it in place. Largely for laying down and resting your knee, not mobility use. The cold lasts a good 30-40 minutes. I got 2, so I can rotate them. Would recommend.

Excellent manufacturing, it cools rather quickly. I have been searching for a soft, flexible wrap similar to what I got from the hospital after knee replacement surgery. This wrap isn’t as soft or flexible, but it is the best I have found so far. By the time it warms up and becomes very flexible, it has lost a lot of the cooling qualities. For me, it is good for 10-15 minutes and gets the job done.

I wish these had been available when I had my knees done. My husband has been using them for his knee replacement and they are fabulous. They’re not too cold that you need to wrap them in something. But they’re effective. Everyone kept recommending the ice machines to us. But his therapist all of them said these are the best and they’re right we will definitely use these for his next knee replacement as well.

This is awesome. I spent a long time searching and reading reviews and decided on this one. It goes around the entire knee ( at least my knee. I'm kind of small, so I don't know about larger knees). It's comfortable and easy to use. The straps are long but easily adjustable and don't tangle up. It stays cold for quite a while and if you flip it over you can still keep it cold. Looking at knee surgery and probably will buy another one to keep in rotation. It comes with a storage bag and is good quality.

Freeze in the cloth pouch it comes with. If you freeze flat, it will not go in the pouch that wraps around. You will like it flat. It did stay frozen for 8hrs. Or until you can fall asleep and pain meds kick in, after surgery.

I had to return it. I had a knee replacement, and I needed an ice pack. I love the way this fits and has good coverage all around. The issue I have with this item is that it only stays cold for 30 minutes or less, even after freezing it overnight. The good news is that it fits comfortably around the front and back of the knee, above the knee, and below the knee, and it also provides good coverage if needed for your back and shoulders.
