This product worked well for the most part while it lasted, which unfortunately was less than a month.There are two major flaws:1. While the battery pack is attached to the Switch, you can't change game cards. There is a slot, but it doesn't allow the door to open enough to actually slide a card in/out while the Switch is docked in the pack. This requires the pack to be removed each time you want to change games.2. The USB plug interface is flimsy and broke off after less than a month of use. The manufacturer needs to resolve this issue to make this product worth purchasing.Good aspects:3. The battery did a good job of extending play time (approximately double) and allowed charging while playing.4. The double kickstands are much more effective at standing up the device

Bought this for my brother, and he loves it.Fits pretty well, and the popout stand option works great. He has the black/grey colors, so this was a perfect fit.Package design could use a little work- it did look a little bland, but the product itself is great.

I had originally bought this product last year but the USB C was damaged. I contacted them and they messaged back quickly with a replacement. I love this product. Definitively comes in handy when playing heavy games like Skyrim or NBA 2K. When playing with the case on, it pretty much keeps the Switch at the battery percentage before the case is turned on. It only raises the percentage when the Switch is off or in sleep mode.

Pretty good overall, adds some heft but works as advertised, charging my switch fully while playing Mario Kart. The kick stand worked adequately, though it feels like it may lose some of its ability to stay in one position with age. The provided instructions were okay at best and the lack of an accessible website for a fuller manual was a pretty big disappointment. Though that would be tied to the company and not the device itself, so no loss of stars.Please note that mine did not charge with the provided Nintendo switch charger, however it did work as a pass-through to charge the switch in it. The only way to charge it is with another charger. I had an Anker charger, used a USB-A to USB-C Adapter to a USB-C cable which plugged into it and it charged. You know its charging when the status lights blinks. Remember that a device pulls power from a charger, (A charger doesn't push power to the device), so if you go the same route, make sure it had an adequate or greater output for best effect.-1 star for compatibility with provided Nintendo Switch charger (Doesn't matter that it may be Nintendo's fault).

Tje product did not work at all, it did not charge the nintendo switch, it is a shame because the case was nice. I have to return it after I tested.The only good thing is that Amazon took complete responsability and the cost was refunded to me.

It seemed to work well with the first few days of ownership. However, as of 4/24 (Received on 4/20) the USB-C plug no longer charges any devices. The Switch is secured firmly in place. The battery in the unit still charges via wall however. Very disappointed this lasted not even 4 days. Waste of $20.

This item is fantastic! It may not have charged the switch incredibly fast (1% every 10 minutes) but that's ok. It slows the devices battery drainage which is what is needed.It is a little heavy and adds some heft to the console, but not enough to complain. Plus, it does protect it.

Plugged it in to charge and it won’t go higher then 2 bars which is half! Would be a great product if it did. Trying to figure out return/refund policy BUYERS BEWARE!!!
