Best purchase ever! The size adds perfect comfort to my back. I can adjust it up or down easily. I have less pain in my back and better sitting posture after purchasing it!

I’ve had lower back pain for years (in fact I just had surgery) and have tried many different pillows and cushions to make sitting more comfortable. After researching various options, I decided to try this cushion, though I was kind of expecting to be disappointed yet again. I’m so glad I got it. It’s comfortable, has a removable, washable cover and a strap that slides over the back of your chair to hold it in place. It’s just the right level of softness without being too squishy and so far it’s held its shape well. I use it both on my dining chair and when sitting on the couch. It also works well in the car.

I love this thing so much I even take it camping with me to use in my folding camp chair. Here's some thoughts in more detail:Pros:- Breathability. I don't get sweaty in my lower back with long sitting sessions with this cushion.- Support. I have no scientific basis for saying this is the right amount of support for my back, but it is. It just feels great to my back. I'm a 220lb guy and it's perfect for me.- Durability. I've had this cushion for over a year and, save for one issue, this thing has survived daily use. (I'll comment on in the Cons on my one small issue)Neutral:- I thought the price was reasonable for this cushion. At the time, I paid $29.99. Now I see it's $19.99. I think this is a more reasonable price, but either way I can't live without it.Cons:- The first unit began to separate at the stitching on the bottom of the cushion after just a few weeks of use. I contacted Customer Support, and they IMMEDIATELY, no questions asked, shipped me a replacement unit. The replacement one is the one I spoke about in the Pros, noting it has survived constant use/abuse since it arrived. I think my first one was just a bum unit, as the replacement has lasted over a year.Overall, I would highly suggest this unit. Based on the longevity of the replacement and that the price of them has dropped by 1/3 since my purchase, this is a great deal. I use it constantly every day and absolutely cannot live without it. I chose to drop my rating by one star due to the failure of the initial unit and the significant decrease in cost since my initial purchase just over a year ago. I would give this company a 10-star rating on their customer service. They are amazing and I'm sure if i have any other issues, they will be there to support me completely.I hope I have helped your purchasing decision of this product. I bought the grey one, looks fine. I don’t have any significant back problems but the seat adjuster is broken in my work truck so I needed something to help with posture and position. This is not too firm, not too squishy just very comfortable. The extension really helps for fitting it to the seat. But you may have to go back and tighten it after initial use. Otherwise it goes from barely fitting to sliding back and forth out of position. It may be better for extended driving. I’m in and out all day, so it’s kinda a nuisance to get it just right. The fabric also catches on my clothes so that drags it sideways a lot. But I’m getting used to it and while I would have preferred a more seamless experience, I have definitely noticed a difference in comfort and posture while driving and throughout the day. If it helps I’m about 185lbs and 5’7” with fullness in the back. Someone slimmer might not have to fuss with it as much, but then it might not feel as supportive either?Update: Been using it for about a month and still love it! All the initial kinks are worked out and I swear my posture has improved. It holds up. I have to reposition occasionally but its not the nuisance I thought it would be. It’s extremely comfortable!!!Update: This gets better with use. It doesn’t bother me anymore. I just got used it to it dragging a little. It holds up! I need it, so I’m happy to adjust.

Right away, I realized I got lucky. This lumbar support is so well designed and made, that I realized it really should cost more. It stops nicely to my desk chair. It took less than a minute to attach it with really nice quality stretch stapes and forever space age plastic quick release buckles. It is a high density foam rubber, inside a perfectly made cover that breathes, never feeling sweaty/stuffy. I really reedit/use it, because I have had a bad back for nearly 40 years. I can tell anyone, "this lumbar support is the best money can buy. It works great and relieves pain." I thought of buying another one, incase I ever wear this one out. Then I realized I will never wear it out, even if I use it all the rest of my life.With the adjustable steps that hold the support to my chair, I can raise and lower it along my spine and pin point right where I'm feeling pain. This lumbar support pillow is a VERY GOOD product. Not cheap in any way. I love it !
