Q: What’s the difference between the 2 black bracelets? Are these ion plated or painted?

Not painted not played, just plain stainless steel. They are not heavy but they do have problems. As sturdy as they look & feel the pins pop out randomly during stress free wear. This has happened several times. If lucky & you recover the pin & link you can repair yourself. Taking them for repair costs more than the bracelets.

Q: Is there any way to adjust the size? Can the links come out?

The links can be removed by a watch repair store or a jeweler. Thank you!
