Have you ever seen a man excited over a grill pan? Well, I have and he's SO excited about this item. Our grandkids love pancakes and using one griddle means only 4 small pancakes at a time. This pan covers two burners and easily cooks twice the amount of pancakes which are slightly larger than those on the small griddle pan. Easy to clean, cooks with even heat, non-stick, and the use of the silicon pancake size spatula (see that review) puts this gift over the top! If there's a man in your life that likes to cook pancakes, this is the griddle pan for him.

Love this pan. Have been looking at a more expensive brand and just couldn't make the splurge. This pan is perfect. Does whatever the more expensive one does for a more realistic price. Cleans up phenomenally. Nothing sticks. Can bring it from stove top to oven. Absolutely love it!!

There are some odd rules in using this griddle, but if you do, it works very well, indeed. The instructions mention abstaining from using spray cooking oils, using only wood or silicon cooking utensils, and no scrubbie or nylon brushes when cleaning it. I use this across two burners on a gas stove, cooking for a family of five adults. In this past week, through a modest heat wave, we've made schnitzel, a dozen English bangers (sausages), 2 lbs of bacon for BLTs (yay for the high sides!!), 2 lbs of chicken for Marry Me Chicken, and more chicken for wraps. The sprayer on my faucet is enough to get all of the debris off the griddle, and a quick wash with a washcloth was all that was necessary to remove oils and residue. Granted, I've only had it for about a week, but I'm loving having another cooking method option for summertime. If things go south with this thing, I'll update. But I'm loving having a roomy cooking surface where I can make the stuff all at once instead of in batches, increasing the heat in my kitchen during the summer.

I was skeptical at first, and this is such a great pan. We almost exclusively use it for pancakes. They continue to flip easily and not stick after many uses. I am careful during cleaning and use only plastic spatulas.

Disappointing Quality - Not Worth the HypeI was really excited to try out the GreenPan 18" x 11" Double Burner Griddle Pan, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the nonstick surface is advertised as ceramic and PFAS-free, it didn't perform as well as I hoped. Food still sticks, especially when cooking at higher temperatures, and it makes cleaning a huge hassle despite the "dishwasher safe" claim.The griddle is also quite heavy, making it hard to handle, especially when it’s full of food. I found the stainless steel handles uncomfortable to grip and too hot to touch during cooking, which defeats the purpose of having them. Additionally, the pan seems to heat unevenly, causing certain areas to cook faster than others, leading to frustrating, inconsistent results.I also noticed some scratches after only a few uses, which is disappointing for a product marketed as durable and long-lasting. For the price, I expected much better performance. I wouldn’t recommend this pan to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient griddle.

I wanted to get away from the teflon... but, I had some bad experiences with other non stick cookware. They tend to remain non-stick for a few uses, then they wear out. I think that there is some sort of spray on them that wears off over time... God knows what that is... for all I know, it is worse than teflon for you...BUTThat is not the case with these. At least so far, and I've probably used this 25 times or so, it is holding. It retains its non-stick properties, and performs amicably. Used exclusively for making pancakes, so the high edges on this are kind of a bummer (hard to get a flipper in close to the edge)... but it is doing well, and so far, I'm happy.

Cooks food evenly and easy to clean! Love to cook breakfast on it! High quality!

We love this pan! Being able to use the stovetop linked burners to heat the whole pan for one meal is great. Super easy to clean too.
