The media could not be loaded.  I wasn't sold initially, but after going through the comments A "Firecracker of Closer" made the proposition very simple when responding to how it compares to the more well known brand. She was like and I'm paraphrasing... If you wamt to pay more for tbe same quality, less features, flexibility of additional settings, options and the ability to treat your legs, hips, and arms, that's up to you. The confidence in those words earned her a sale. I don't have the arm section. Just the pants, but I did spring for the hips section too because um, well, why the hell not?🙃 I have insufficiency in my legs and suffer back issues fairly often, this is a dream to use. Dont think for a moment this is a underpressured or cheaply made unit. It's very well made and never lets me dowm. I use it for 30 minute sessions twice a day and I feel so relaxed and typically find myself napping halfway through. Case in point, I nodded off a sentence ago. Lol. To be fair it's 4:45am and I have insomnia. I"m going to take a nap folks. Get it if you're anything like me, you'll love it and my legs havent looked better! (maybe consult your doctor if youre at risk to deep vein thrombosis, my father has a genetic clotting issue and developed a clot in his leg, I've backed off the full preassure to 50% (even though I love it the most) just out of a precaution; but I've enjoyed every minute using it for months. It's a better feeling than my Inada Sogno Japanese Massage Chair at 7X the price! You're going to love it. Bye now and thanks for making a fantastic product.

I needed this compression system for surgical recovery, as recommended by my doctors. I had a minor glitch with the system I purchased and the Rapid Reboot customer service was efficient, effective and professional throughout. They fixed the issue and I am quite happy with the system. It is well-built and performs well. I recommend it for anyone needing leg compression therapy for whatever reasons.

I purchased these after using a pair of NormaTecs at my massage therapist's. The technology was very effective at flushing my legs, they felt fresh for days. So I began researching several of the recovery units. I finally settled on the Rapid Reboot recovery system because of the features as well as the price. Although these are not nearly as expensive as the NormaTecs, they are just as well built, they have most of the same features and the shipping is free. I spoke with one of the owners and he was very helpful, answering all of my questions. I haven't used it in mode A but mode B worked very well at flushing my legs. I did a 22 mile run (prep for an upcoming marathon) and did a 30 minute treatment and a day later, my legs are feeling nearly ready to run again. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is serious about improving their performance.

First of all, compression boots work. I tried them for the first time at the festival for Ironman Santa Rosa and thought they felt amazing. That was nothing compared to how well they work after a run or race. Following my IM, they have definitely helped speed my recovery. Yes, they are a bit on the pricey side (but check out the prices of their competitors' products). However, if you are a serious athlete, this product will definitely help speed your recovery by alleviating your soreness faster. Even my wife--who is a huge skeptic when it comes to fitness technology or gadgets--had to admit that her legs felt better after using them following a super hard spin workout.As good as the Rapid Reboot product itself is, their customer service is even better. I was initially sent the wrong size boot. However, after a quick phone call, they immediately sent out the correct size and I had it on my doorstep the very next day--along with a prepaid label to send back the wrong one. On top of that, the customer service rep was super friendly and helpful. I was contemplating buying a second set of boots in a smaller size for other members of my family but she actually talked me out of it saying that would not be necessary as mine would work just fine for them. Putting honesty over making a sale is a rare quality these days.I will trumpet this company's praises and products far and wide.Oh, and I have received absolutely nothing in exchange for providing this review.

Let me first say that I did hours of reviews between Rapid Reboot (RR) and NormaTec. All of the 48 reviews on RR were perfect giving them 5 stars and there were not many reviews on the NormaTec. I looked at all of the videos on the pairs of boots. I decided to go with RR because of the price along with having a carrying case I did not have to pay extra for.I first called NormaTec and had to leave a message. After several hours I decided to call RR and they answered the call on the 2nd ring. I was able to 5% off because of Fathers day which was a nice plus. The lady I spoke with was honest and explained all the advantages of RR. When I mentioned NormaTech boots and comparing them to RR all she said was they were also a good company. After she was so honest about NormaTech and did not bash the company I decided to purchase RR.I bought the boots for my son who is 14 and after working with his personal trainer in the gym he goes and trains for 3 hours in soccer. After his hard leg workouts in the gym he would put the RR's on for 30 minutes. After he had been using them daily for 2 weeks I asked him could he tell that RR was helping and he said yes. When I asked how did he know he said that his legs felt light after using them. I think the word "light" was interesting because I read several reviews that said after using RR their legs felt "Light".Customer service is Excellent!!! my wife was removing the cable from the box and broke a prong that was on the cable which you plug into the box. Even after breaking this prong the unit still worked but was just a little louder. Oh Yeah you can barley hear this unit running. I called RR and they answered once again and sent me a replacement part that took a couple of minutes to fix at no charge since it has a warranty. My son is 5'6 and I purchased the large and it is perfect for him. LOVE...LOVE...LOVE this product.

Extremadamente decepcionado con las botas Rapid Reboot Recovery. En menos de un año, la función de inflado en los tobillos dejó de funcionar, volviendo el producto completamente inútil. A pesar de estar en garantía, el servicio al cliente no ha respondido a mis solicitudes para solucionar el problema. Es inaceptable que un producto tan costoso falle tan pronto y que el soporte sea inexistente. No recomiendo su compra, definitivamente no vale la inversión.
