I’ve always purchased expensive CHI irons. Never again. I LOVE this. It straightens my hair quicker and with less heat.Update*** lasted only 3 months before it broke. Purchased another one.. second and last chance. Hopefully this lasts because it’s a great flat iron!

Works well however this had been used as there was hair on it and it was scuffed up. Not happy about that but kept due to how well it worked.

I can straighten or curl with this straightener and it works great. Very quick to heat up. Only thing I don't like is I can't hold the end and hold it closed because the heat escapes the opening.

Replacement for a much more expensive flat iron. This one works just as good if not better, is more ergonomic and lighter weight. Heats up quickly, can lock closed, and turns itself off automatically. Love it!
