OSRAMNIGHT BREAKER® 200 H11 DUOBOX, Duo Box

I have bought numerous LED headlines bombs with varing success. Some were bright. Some were extremely dim. I have bought numerous LED headlines bulbs with varing success. Some were bright. Some were extremely dim. All of them never lasted near the hour count they were supposed to.I tried these and they are absolutely everything I was looking for. I’m about to buy another set for my other vehicle. If you want a solid headlight bulb that does what it supposed to this is it.

6 month lifespan with normal 9-5 commute use, and normal night driving like grocery shopping and dining out. Scientifically it makes sense, there's no revolutionary material used, and if it burns brighter it will not last as long. The problem is these lights aren't bright enough to justify spending this kind of money every 6 months, and doing the work replacing them. I'd say get LEDs or OEM spec bulbs. Save the headache and money.

Replaced stock headlights on 2022 Malibu LT. Easy change, fit was as good as OEM. The change in brightness was amazing! We live in the hill country in Texas where all kinds of critters live - deer and feral pigs, occasional cow will challenge the durability of your vehicle! The extended light beam reach, brightness, and more ‘whiteness’ of these bulbs have made a HUGE difference during the night time drives.

Not too pleased with these bulbs for the price. The bulb life is not good at all imo. I installed a new pair in late October: the first one burned out in January and the other in mid April. To be fair the back of the package shows an expected lifetime of 50% that of standard and I should have paid more attention to that.Brightness over standard was completely unimpressive to me. I didn’t put a meter on them but the output appeared only marginally brighter visually on a white background (tbh the temperature of the color was further into the blue/white giving an _appearance_ of brightness but the actual illumination didn’t seem brighter than standard at all - just less yellow/warm). I give an extra star for the color, otherwise it would be one star.

I compared the Night Breaker 200 with Philips Night Guide 130. I projected headlights onto garage door about 20 feet away. Maximum lux with Osram NB was 1343 compared to Philips NG (1080 lux). However, the average lux was 562 Osram vs 640 Philips. This tells me the Osram has better straight ahead light and viewing distance due to the higher lux hotspot. Philips may have marginally better sideway light due to the higher lux average.

Very bright easy to install. I normally use my high beams on the highway when no one is coming. I didn’t have to use it once since installing these headlights. It’s my first time buying this brand so I was a little appreciative but it did not disappoint. I definitely recommend this brand of headlights and they got leds too fyi.

It works well--bright with good visibility without blinding other drivers, but one of the bulbs burnt out in 10 months. I called Osram US to see if I could get a warranty, but they said it's only manufactured in the EU, so I'd have to get my warranty through the EU number. Between international calling and tariffs, it wasn't worth the effort. I'll be buying another brand.

I have had these bulbs for only ten months. I only occasionally do night driving and use the brights even less. Well the driver side is dull and the passenger side is completely burnt out. I looked into the warranty on the manufacturer website but it’s useless. They will replace them within four years IF you buy them from a shop, have them installed by the same shop, and keep the original receipt. Then you have to submit a request with all documentation. I guess these were $40 down the drain.
