I have had this laptop for a couple of years now, and overall have been most pleased with it. It does require using an additional hub, for the peripherals that I need – there are simply not enough ports on the laptop itself.But I am not a traveling person, and I use his laptop more as a PC then as a traveling resource.Once in a while, I do take it off the dock on my desktop and take it for a ride. At that time, I use a portable additional screen, am I bringing my additional keyboard with me, and I can make do that way.But for what I need, this is a neat and compact laptop. I would recommend someone look into it and be sure it does what they need. It’s a quality item, it’s speedy enough, it’s functional, and for me it works fine.

I had a terrible experience purchasing this laptop from amazon. After waiting all day the driver finally came by at 8:00 p.m. I received a notification that delivery was attempted by my doorbell never rang and I saw the truck right outside the building. I had to run several blocks in the freezing cold to flag the amqzon driver down to get my computer. Once I opened the computer and started the setup process I immediately noticed that some of the keys on the keyboard would not work so I could not finish the setup. Also, after shutting down the computer it automatically starts back up when you open the lid without even powering it on. I talked with the manufacturer about this and the only way to correct this is by repairing or replacing the laptop. I am returning the laptop to Amazon and will not be going through them again for my next laptop purchase. They should find drivers who know what they're doing and can read home addresses correctly. This has happened to me several times. Also, the delay between returning, getting a refund and replacing the item through Amazon is too long. Now I have the inconvenience of waiting for my original purchase price to be refunded before I can purchase another laptop. Extremely irritating!

Quality laptop.

Powerful laptop, too big mouse area. It is almost impossible to use the keys without touching the mouse area.

Didn't come with a pen like the ad stated. I called Amazon for support the representative gave me a phone number for the seller. The sellers never answer, and I left three messages, and they have not returned my call, email, or text follow-up. The laptop is fast, but the mouse pad area is much too large for this laptop. I don't like the power button being on the side instead of being on top like my Ideapad 3.
