Great cups and excellent cups, over and over and over.
I drank this daily for a couple of months, and cups ranged from very good to epic. I eventually got tired of it, though, somehow, and bought some expensive locally roasted beans. They may have been superior, but I didn't get great results. Then I tried another brand. Similar outcomes only. Sometimes pretty good, often just OK. So I went back to this one and just brewed my first cup in a while. Epic! I'm sure I'll tire of it again eventually, but probably probably just temporarily. This is a really solid bean and roast *for how I make coffee.* (If you're curious, I'm very sloppy compared to a lot of coffee nerds: I pour over; I don't know what temp the water is, but it's not still boiling; I don't know how much water I use for the bloom but I get the grounds all visibly wet; I don't usually wet the filter first; the grind is past the half way point between medium and coarse. I don't really know how much grind I'm using. It takes about 10 seconds on my Oxo conical burr grinder. So I do it all "wrong," according to some, but it's how I do it. And this Copper Moon coffee is very accommodating to my sloppiness).I don't know how to describe the taste of those epic cups. But when it happens, every swallow is amazing.

It's good coffee
Yum! Good quality coffee, dark roast, low acidity. Fresh on arrival. Price went up after the first purchase. Wish it was more affordable again.

NOT Hawaiian even though it clearly is called Hawaiian
This coffee smells amazing. But I can't rate it higher because I have no idea why it's called Hawaiian. The first thing I noticed when I got it was that there was an asterisk that said "Does not contain Hawaiian grown coffee".So, I have to ask, why is it called Hawaiian at all except to have the H to go with the hazelnut? Surely they could come up with another H that isn't deceptive advertising.I've been buying the brand because I'm a Hoosier and I like supporting Indiana-based companies but I also like buying coffee based on the bean origination. So I was disappointed to see the deceptive practices. The coffee is fine, though.

Amazing flavor!
I got the southern pecan and it was exactly what the flavor notes described. It was exactly what I was wanting out of my coffee. Fantastic flavor, great brew. I'll definitely be buying again! I'm blown away by how good this is!

No trace of pecan in either its aroma or taste.
I am really disappointed with this coffee. Despite being labeled Southern Pecan, it has no trace of pecan in either its aroma or taste. Now I am stuck with 32 Oz of this coffee.Do not buy it, unless you don't mind being deceived.
