Does its job well just pay attention
Not much to say, it's a fuel bottle. However, it does its job perfectly well so that warrants the 5 stars. No leaking and the bottle is a comfortable size. I am not sure about the sturdiness but I am not planning on hammering rocks with it anyway.HOWEVER, a heads up for new buyers: after I pour from the bottle and close the valve there always remains a bit of liquid in the tube. Not a big deal, you just have to remember to pour out that miniscule amount after you have closed the valve.

Safety valve my ass!
The seal on the valve seat is insufficient and does not create a seal. Meths travels down the exterior threaded part of the valve if tipped past horizontal. When cap is fully, yet not excessively tightened, this still leaks from valve. If you wan't your kit covered in meths this product is perfect. I do not recommend.

Not quite as good as some often claim.
Interesting design, It does indeed hold on to some fuel after each use, that fuel is not secured and so can unexpectedly spill on other things. It can't quite take the contents of a litre bottle of fuel. It is flawed in such a way as to leak fuel all over the place while dispensing the last bit of fuel in it. So keep it topped up and accept the loss of the last bit of fuel and you will stay safer than otherwise. Given the flaws & price, it's only moderate value for money at best. There might well be better out there, but I am only guessing. <shrug>I would not elect to buy it again.

It doesn’t leak.
Bought for carrying fuel for my Coleman stove, years ago. It’s now used on my monkey bike as an emergency fuel supply. One advice is to make sure it is upright when push the valve to let fuel out.Only downside I have had is the lid is always hard to unscrew, even if I’ve not done it up that tight.Maybe a slight smear of grease will help.

Handy and safer than a standard fuel bottle
This is for the storage and transportation of flammable liquids for camping stoves. It is available in 1 litre, 0.5 Litre and 0.3 Litre versions. I stupidly bought the largest one because there is virtually no difference in price, however I only actually needed the smallest one. I have since bought the smallest model as well so now I have 2 of these. These seem very strong and well designed, they don't leak and the safety valve is a good Idea (just remember to give it a shake before putting it away after use, as a small amount of fuel can stay in the valve). I have had no issues with either bottle as yet. Good product, recommended!

Leaks when dispensing fuel contaminating fingers
Maby I got 2 duds or its just me. This product has great reviews but on the 2 products I recieved both leaked around the white thread above the red screw when dispensing fuel resulting in getting the fuel on my fingers. Obviously Amazon was excellent as usual in returning them.

The mechanism is useful for precision fuel pouring but it always leaks and ...
Really don't know why I bought this. The mechanism is useful for precision fuel pouring but it always leaks and dribbles on my hand and meths are the worst. I dropped it and the black pouring nozzle snapped on one side. It is very sharp. I don't think I'll ever use it again.

Sturdy
Does a good job of storing meths for burner. After using there is a small amount of fluid around the nozel but ok once evaporated.Valve system works well for dispensing meths as no glugging due to air vent when dispensing.Bottle very robust but slightly concerned that valve system if knocked may get broken as nozzles stick out either side. Shame there is not a cap a bit like a thermos flask to fit over the top. If there were would give 5 star.
