I bought this electric heated pad to give pain relief for my Wife's recently broken shoulder. I had previously bought a pad that required heating in a microwave. I did start to wonder if wrapping a pad around my Wife's neck that had just been in the microwave was entirely safe. You are told to leave microwave heated food to rest for a minute or two before eating so was not entirely convinced of the safety of the microwave pad. My Wife could not be more pleased with this new electrically heated pad. It is nicely weighted and has a 1 to 6 heat range. Every time you uses it she is so complimentary. A great pain relieving appliance. Buy with confidence, you will not be disappointed.

Bought this wonderful heat pad last summer .It stopped working last weekend after 8.5 months.I contacted the seller on Sunday and received a replacement heat pad yesterday (Tuesday).I am both very happy and surprised at such excellent service and communications.Its nice to know if you buy a premium product you also get a premium service too.I highly recommend both the product and the company.

I was told by the Physio to get heat on to my shoulder and neck and reviewed what was on offer for this. The dreamcatcher is weighted so it sits firm and doesn't slip. heats up very quickly and works.

I love it, I've been suffering from nerve issues, frozen shoulder and always felt a constant pain. I had to layer up fi.keeo if warm just go get by. This is a blessing.It felt a little uncomfortable the first time with the bead weights but you very quickly forget about it on e the heat is on. Sometimes I don't even need the heat just placing the shawl over my shoulders helps to keep it warm.I highly recommend this.

Lovely and soft. Doesn't seem to heat up much at all. And doesn't warm around neck at all as I expected it to. Could do with heat higher up into shoulders and as it has 6 heat settings on 6 it's not very hot at all so on the lowest setting I expect you can't really feel it. So I was disappointed really as I'd brought it for my dad to help with pain in his neck and shoulders.he has a normal heat pad which has 2 settings and it gets quite hot. Doubt if this product would burn you as it doesn't get as hot.

i have only had product one week. it was delivered promptly, and is comfortable and easy to use. it heats up quickly and has a long enough lead to allow me to sit with the cape on and watch TV or read or write.

Great product. Easy to use. Like a weighted blanket. Wished it got hotter though. And that heat went through whole of the product , not just top.

Rather heavy in use
