Great product to aid with menopause issues, (too many to list) but personally I use to aid sleep. Recommended to numerous people with toilet issues too! Highly recommended 🙌🏻

Taking before bed. Not sure i feel anymore relaxed before I sleep. My husband also takes it and it gives him a bad stomach so perhaps it's just not for us
