Good dose however.... green tea?
This is a very well priced product based on the dose of resveratrol. Bearing this in mind I only take one tablet as 600mg seems more than enough - may increase over time to the recommended dosage of two tablets (1200mg) as recommended.However.. this product also has a relatively high dose of green tea which is great if you're taking your supplements during the first half of the day. I tend to take mine in the late evening so as to aid recovery overnight.Green Tea= caffeine....so I found myself wide aware even though prior to taking the supplement I was very tired. A 3mg dose of melatonin got me back to sleep but nevertheless I didn't need green tea and not sure why it has been included in a resveratrol supplement - I should have checked the ingredients as the item description does not mention green tea.. oh well....
