I'm on day 2 and I can already tell a difference. I have moderate EPI and my food rushes right through me and isn't digested properly. I'm still full hours after I usually start getting hungry again so I have to imagine my body is finally getting FED! No adverse effects. I'll check in again after a month.

This has been a game changer and a life saver!!! I have IBS-D and I have tried several different digestive enzymes that do nothing, and you have to take two a half hour before every meal! I take one of these in the morning and sometimes I’ll take another one late afternoon or early evening if I know I’m eating something heavy or more than usual. These pills do nothing upset my stomach at all.

I jumped on these after gallbladder removal. I didn't want to do the ox bile salts so got these instead. Made a difference on what I could eat and not get acid reflux afterward.

I took as prescribed and religously and it did not do one thing. As a matter of fact even eating all low FODmap foods the bloating, gas, abdominal pain was debilitating and I was bound up for over a week before a movement. So tired of products that take advantage of vulnerable people with absolutely useless products that are wildly overpriced. I can hardly afford to throw away $$40.00.

This digestive enzyme is the best I’ve tried and works so well. It reduces bloating and helps digest most foods. I can eat anything without having tummy aches and gas! Love it! Wouldn’t want to be without it!
