A bit messy but a good face pack for men.

Give it a good shake before you use it for the first time to mix it all up. Didn’t see much removal of anything in my pores but my skin felt nice and soft after.

My skin is something else. Super Oily, huge pores and I have to put a huge amount of products on to keep it decent looking so I don't terrify the villagers when leaving the house. I am also suuuper lazy when it comes to skin care so I sometimes try out products with good reviews to see if I can get good results with minimum effort and let me tell you, this works! After the first use half of my blackheads were gone and my skin felt light and soft. I was worried it would be too invasive as other than being super oily and having huge pores I also have super sensitive skin so I was ready for a trip to some underground dodgy clinic to have a face transplant after using this product and imagine my surprise when I had to cancel my taxi cause this product is just perfect. Now don't get me wrong. It doesn't make miracles. I still have to use tea tree and witch hazel face wash before the mask and put alloe vera face gel after but I have been using for a week and stopped using make up so my skin is just so happy. Also I read somewhere it's cruelty free so I do like that no fluffy bunnies or other adorable creatures haven't died to make this product. I do hope that is true but I am scared to check properly as it might put me off using if I find out otherwise and I need this on my face 3 times a week so I can have nice healthy skin. So yeah, try it out. I already made all my friends buy it!

I bought this one as the picture of the product showed a grey paste with grains in it. The product is fine as a mud mask, but I was hoping for an exfoliating effect when I was washing the face pack off. I miss Body Shop's Blue Corn Mask!*sigh*

The second tube I’ve bought, lasts about 6 months when using twice a week. Love the way it cleans out pores but is still gentle on my sensitive skin, easy to remove. Very happy to recommend.

I like this a lot. This is a wash off mask, not a peel off mask, which is much better for the skin. It definitely works in clearing out the pores, I use it once every 1-2 weeks when my skin needs a good detox. While applying it, it's easy to think you might need to apply it quite thick, however as it dries you'll notice you really only need a thin layer, as directed in the instructions. Only bad thing is that you don't get a huge amount for the money. I have acne and not experienced any breakouts or irritation from this. I would recommend exfoliating with an acid mask beforehand in order to allow the product to work its magic.

I was recommended this by a friend who has a beauty blog, and she wanted to get honest opinions on a range of facial products. So I picked this one as it was the most appealing to me.It arrived super quickly and well protected in its packaging (almost *too* well packaged, as it could have done with half the size packaging).I was going to use it straight away, but was rushing to pack as we were going on holiday, so I packed it in my case and decided to use it whilst I was away.My skin got quite burnt so I was a bit wary of using the face mask; but I need not have worried, as it was really gentle, and wasn’t like one of those thick, cakey face masks. I used a flannel and warm water to remove it, and it came off really easily and my skin felt much smoother and purer. I kept getting my husband to stroke my face all evening as I was saying how soft it was.I was waiting for the inevitable break out that I usually have after using a face mask, but I was pleasantly surprised when it never came!Overall, I’m very happy with this face mask, and satisfied that it has a fair description. Would recommend!
