Really pleased with this heat pad. The range of heat control is admirable going from a very gentle heat to a warm you up quick blast if required. The unit also switches of after an hour or so it is safe to use without fear of burning. The unit feels well made and the fabric cover is washable. I bought a second pad for my wife because I was so happy with the first. With my dodgy back I wouldn't be without my heat pad during the winter months. A thoroughly recommended purchase.

This particular heat pad goes wrong very quickly I have had three of them and they were all faulty within about two to three weeks. The one I have at the moment has lasted much longer and is still going strong

I suffer with my back quite regularly and this has been brilliant for easing the pain, I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a bit of comfort and heat. It has 6 heat settings so you chose how warm & toastie you want to be. Wish I'd bought one years ago!

We were disappointed that this didn't arrive on time. I ordered it Thursday morning and it should have arrived Friday. I pay for Amazon prime for quick delivery, I didn't want to wait until Saturday afternoon as my husband need it for pain relief in his back.However, he is satisfied with the product. You can feel the lump where the power cord is, which is a little uncomfortable. It just about goes hot enough, but not that hot. It could go hotter. Other than that, it's good. It's soft and comfortable apart from the lump.

Excellent product and wonderful for joint pain or comfort - easily portable and versatile, moulds to the body so not bulky like a hot water bottle and it turns itself off. Lots of choice re settings and two timer choices. Perfect - everyone should have one.

I purchased this for an elderly friend who finds it very comforting. Having 6 levels of heating control is a bonus. Very good value for money.
