This was my first time using a home testing kit like this so I was a little nervous I was going to botch it up (I tend to be a skimmer), but the directions were super clear and easy to follow. 1 - snap a picture of the sampler to capture serial number and registration code for later reference (easy peasy, check) 2 - make sure doors and windows have been closed for at least 12 hours (it's been unseasonably cold in CA so no prob there, check) 3 - place it paper side up on a flat, unobstructed surface away from walls or windows 2-7' above the floor (enter my coffee table, check) 4 - leave for 2-3 days (truth be told, I did forget about it but A E Labs sent me a reminder sooo, check) 5 - pack it up and ship it off! Test came back negative (yay) and results were speedy! Very happy (aaaaand also kinda proud of myself)!

Worth the money. Easy to use and gives me the peace of mind I was hoping for.

I was very satisfied with the process of this test. To begin with, the instructions on how to do it were easy to follow. Then, once the test was done, I mailed it in and received the results in a timely manner.

We did everything right as the package said, sent everything in correctly, proceeded to wait a month just to get results that said they cant test because FedEx took too long to deliver. Only option is to receive another test for free. Not sure what the "results in 3-5 days" means as its been almost a full month since everything was sent in. They say they will send a replacement (if I want?!?!) but could take another 15 days to get, then wait another month? SO a 3-5 day process will end up taking almost 2 months IF the next test gets done right. Guessing our sample just sat on a desk somewhere for three weeks and by that time was unusable to test. Pass on this product.

The kit works. I did the test and mailed it back. Got the rersults back. Two things to note. I thought the kit came with postage to return the test kit. It did not, but that could be my error. Second, it took FedEx almost a week to deliver the test kit when the company says time is of the essence and I used the shipping label I purchased from them.

Easy to follow instructions and received results soon after mailing. Of course you have trust their results.

This test was super easy and will be great to use for real estate clients and my personal home as well. Quick easy and affordableYou do have to mail it in but looks even better to clients that way and assures me that the test is done professionally

I shipped this at FedEx with instructions provided. I paid for the additional lab fee and shipping only to have the package sent back by customs almost $100 total cost and no results. I have been refunded the cost.

Pay for it here, pay 15$ for it to register for the lab fee, then pay 35$+ for sending in mail fast enough for test to be valid... Then no results show, no email, and their site barely ever loads, server must be on dialup. Save yourself money and buy a 200$ device that detects it, this product costs the same with no results.
