These are nice and crunchy, not too salty and have a wonderful buttery flavor.

Taste fantastic. Staleness is not so chewy but it’s a nice pretzel when you bite into it.

I thought I was ordering the onion flavored ones and I ordered plain instead. They were very bland. After nibbling at them for a month I needed up trashing the remainder of the bag.

I, like many others, thought these were the maui monk style that were offered on southwest airlines.While I was disappointed in this revelation, I know it's no one else's fault but my own.So let me review what I did receive. Which is Original flavor.This is as neutral as a pretzel as you can get. It doesn't have the sweetness of Snyder who uses honey wheat in their pretzels, and it doesn't have the bold saltiness of Rold Gold who holds the crown for being the most crunchy pretzel you can buy in a bag. Since this is unflavored it feels unfair to compare to Dots or any of the other fancy pretzel companies, but I will say that you'll get more flavor for your buck if you just head to your local big box and pick up a bag there.This plain pretzel is rather pointless, and would get only 2 stars if it weren't for the knowledge that the company does have better flavor profiles out there.tldr; would I recommend to a friend? No. Will I leave the bag I purchased at a work party? Yes.

These were good but kinda plain and hard. I was hoping they were the seasoned kind they give on southwest flights but this is the wrong one. Also it is a huge bag

I was so impressed with the little bag of pretzels when I first tasted it on a Southwest flight earlier this year. It took me a while to figure out I could buy a big bag at Amazon. So I did.Well, it’s a complete disappointment to say the least. While the pretzel sticks do come with a little hint of butter - it’s actually plant butter and tastes just as good - that’s about it. The most pronounced flavor or taste is flour (carb); I feel like I’m eating very expensive, tasteless hard white bread.I don’t know if this batch somehow missed the mark, or this is the way it tastes in their regular bag of pretzels (other than those served in the little snack bags on Southwest flights…..) Too bad I cannot get a replacement to give myself a 2nd chance due to food item regulations. But I’m not willing to spend another $20 for a product I have no confidence in and with no way to get a refund or replacement for. So, that’s the end of my love story with this pretzel…..
