This is what Xmas smells like at least to me. I have it in my office and you can smell down the hall. It doesn’t burn too quick and the smell isn’t overwhelming.

Great gift for someone that has moved away from their hometown.Smell is Devin.

I purchased four of these candles, without ever having tried them before because I was really enthusiastic over having a New Jersey themed candle and beach cottage as gifts for visiting out-of-state friends. (The scents are not to my liking, but since I purchased them sight, unseen, or rather smell unsmelled, I won’t review that so much as the other points).Out of the four candles I purchased, one was missing a label entirely, one had a label that was so wrinkled it looked like someone had put it on in the dark.However, I was stuck because I really needed to give these as gifts the day after they arrived. I improvised and used a cute locally designed NJ sticker for the candle with no label and just kept the one that was messed up Substituting it for another one I purchased.However, I did follow up with customer service. The links through Amazon lead me to the “homesick“ customer service page. I got no response for two weeks. I followed up with a second email to homesick (and remember, this is a quality control issue that you would think they would be interested in) and here is the email that I got, copy and pasted:“ hope all is well. Amazon handles our products as a third-party reseller, so you would have needed to go them directly like all Amazon purchases :) “Wow. This company is a nope for me.

I wanted to try this brand without spending too much so I bought this mini cancel in the scent let’s toast. It burned pretty smoothly and evenly. It had great throw! Although I didn’t like this particular scent, I was impressed. So I purchased a larger candle in “Mississippi” scent. It has no throw. You can’t even smell it unless you stick your nose it. So I won’t be purchasing a large size from this brand again. I may try another small candle like this one if I can find a scent description I think I’ll like. I didn’t like this one cause it had the champagne sweet smell under the fruit smell (which is in the description but I was hoping it wouldn’t bother me). I ended up donating both of them.

First and foremost, the candle smells so so nice! However, it arrived without a lid and a result there is a lot of wax residue all over the glass above the wax and the smell is starting to be more faint due to no lid. This normally wouldn't be an issue for me but it is supposed to be a gift and now I am debating returning it and buying a new gift elsewhere because it no longer looks clean/presentable. This only happened for one out of two candles I ordered, but it is still disappointing :( I hope they send lids to other people because it really makes a big difference in the quality of the smell and the look of the product too.

For whatever reason this was shipped in paper packaging so it showed up shattered. It smelled great but didn't seem worth it to return then order another so I just requested a refund :/
