Good set, does the job- slightly scuffed on arrival. Really fast delivery. Got it a week earlier than expected!I was gutted to realise that you had to ask for a one piece bar. I had seen the words, "solid steel bar," and assumed that it would be a one piece. Not very happy about receiving a two piece bar, as during first time use, even with low weights, I had to tighten the joint up in the middle of reps. Although it does say so in their legal disclaimer, wish it was made evident in the product description.

Just like real body pump. Get on you tube and off you go. In your pjs if you like. Don’t forget to message them and tell them if you want a one piece bar though. 10/10 still got DOMS.

Bought these to start body pump and they're fantastic. Great grip on the plates, good selection of weights to do a whole body pump track. Quick release of plates which is vital. Good price and doesnt feel cheap.

Really good set of rubber weights which don't roll away when bar is placed on the floor and bar is slightly padded for comfort too. Get for doing my weight hiit. You won't be disappointed if you purchase. Whole set with bar is 20kgs. You can also use standard 1 inch plates to up the overall weight too.

The weights arrived within 2 days of purchase and did not disappoint - I had requested a single bar after reading the reviews. The weights are easy to fit and hold - Body pump at home here we come.
