BlackBerry Flip Case for BlackBerry Z30 - Black

The case is a good fit and it quite good for protection of the phone. However there are two issues, one serious,I have with the case.1. It's almost immposible to remove it without peeling your nail back2. A more serious issue. I had to return my first Z30 back to the store for a refund as the battery drained within a few hours and when I tried to charge it, it disn't seem to want to charge. When I booted the phone, the phone got the part where it displayed Blackberry on the screen then powered down and tried to power back up. Each time, failing.I swapped the phone out for a new one and put the case back on. Within a day, teh same thing happended.I pinned it down to this case. It seems the case is such a tight fit that it was keeping the power button depressed, causing a reboot and once rebooted, becasue the button was depressed, it couldn't re-boot.I've 100% checked this by causing the phone to do the loop booting, then removed the case and see what happened. The phone booted fine.So to sum up.. You may find the power button moves ok.. I would suggest you check this, quite a few times.. just to ensure it does not stick. if it does, reject the case, get a new one.

Let's start with the positives... The case fits well (not sure why someone mentioned it doesn't fit) and protects your phone, especially the display with a nice soft finish inside. It does also switch your phone on and off as you open and close the case, saving use of the power button (not sure either why someone mentioned it affects the power button, given this is on top on the Z30).Now onto the negatives - of which there are quite a few:The ad says "Magnetic flip closure to protect screen" - it isn't magnetic and doesn't always stay shut, especially if bent backwards whilst talking on the phone.It also says "Foldable flip to allow a two angle stand for your Blackberry" - it isn't foldable and can't be used for thisBoth of the above are blatantly wrong and misleading!Finally it says "Genuine Blackberry leather" - quite frankly I doubt this has ever seen a cow in its life, since it feels hard and plasticky. Not what I'd expect for an official cover costing nearly 20 quid.Overall, it is ugly, adds quite a bit of bulk to the back of the phone (why is it bigger than the original back?) and not as described. Not impressed.

I decided to ignore other negative reviews and go ahead and buy this product The case does not fit properly resulted in my power button being continually depressed (cue the phone constantly turning itself of and off...). It lasted a whole 20 mins before I took it off and sent it back for a refund. Avoid!

The blackberry flip case is very sturdy and can handle a lot of abuse.i like the flip case as I don't have to switch my phone off it shuts down as you close flip.

Great quality and fit, slim design works well and like the ability to talk with wallet closed

don't normally bother with this review non sense but this case is top quality im not sure if it will last the lifetime of the phone but I will get another for sure
