I really enjoy how hydrating the gatorlyte brand is opposed the regular gatorade brand. The calories are low coming in at 50 calories for the enttire container. There are a variety of flavors to choose from. I really enjoy the orange flavor. It is hydrating and refreshing treat!

It's honestly hard to go through a day without one of these. I feel so much more hydrated with this concentrated electrolyte balance than I do with the original. I now think all the Gatorlyte flavors are tasty; however, they're a bit salty until you get used to them.

I have low sodium so this helps to keep it in check! I don’t typically like drinks like this but it is good.

In the huge collection of sports drinks, this one stands out. It refreshes quickly and tastes great. It would get 5 stars if it was not so expensive. Pricing at markets varies wildly. It would be better if there was a more reasonable approach on pricing. $3.49 a bottle appears the highest and $2.25 thee lowest I have found. I can buy more than double the quantity of real fruit juice for that pricing. Maybe there would be more benefit if the mystery of electrolytes was explained and compared.

While undergoing chemo, this was a tasty way solution to help prevent dehydration. A great value considering the markup of local stores that carry it.
