Instructions are a bit of a nightmare. I'm still not sure if I am using it to its 'full potential'. The light is good but the sounds are rather tinny. It was one of the cheaper units I looked at, before purchasing, so perhaps it might of been wiser to go for one a little more expensive and certainly one that had been reviewed.

The lamp is a useful product when working but has broken after a few months. The controls are fiddly and badly thought out. I'll be replacing with a different type.

Brilliant light - my daughter loves it and it has really helped both with getting to sleep and waking for work on these dark mornings

It stopped working after one week! I will need to exchange it.
