Product is great. Purchased to use with the NZXT capsule. Saw a lot of reviews about how the item breaks easily. Be careful because the boom arm is only made to Ben one way. Adjust tension mobs prior to adjusting. Essentially follow the instructions and you are perfect.

I got this microphone because I loved how it looked and when I got it, it was even better quality than I thought it would be. It has an all metal stand with the microphone itself being made of high quality plastic. Then the sound quality is just on a whole other level. The sound is just so crisp and for the most part when paired with the convenient audio jack that is in the microphone it cancels out the background noise to provide even better sound

Right out of the box, you just plug and play. No setup required. It's very nice sound quality, although I personally would like if it had slightly better sound quality. It sounds great for your basic uses whether that be gaming, video calls, etc. But personally I wouldn't use it for something like music recording or such if you'd like to vere down that road. Build quality is amazing. It's all metal. It's compatibility is fine, it's usb. Functionality is nice. It has a headphones jack so you can plug your headphones into it and not only use it as a microphone but also as an output device. It plays back your audio from the mic to your plugged in headphones though which I didn't like so I don't use it. You can change the volume sensitivity with the buttons on the mic. Overall nice mic and recommend.

Bought for my son for Christmas. Uses everyday. He loved it!

Quality and material is just what I expected from NZXT, wish the channel on the backside was a little bigger to fit an XLR cord, clearly designed for USB mics. Like I said in my headline be mindful of which way are supposed to bend the arm. I did it the wrong way and heard a loud pop sound. Luckily I don't I broke anything but scared me, straight out of box.. Each locking point comes pre tightened too so before you bend, release them then bend and start adjusting.

I received this item and it was defective. It would not connect to my PC on startup. I have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to work. I contacted NZXT and they said the product is likely defective. So i tried to contact amazon for a replacement, they told me that i must return and buy it again however i did not want to do this as i got it on sale. I asked amazon if they could honor the price i purchased it for since they sent me a defective item and they continued to say no. I tried to work with NZXT directly to get a replacement and they said they would check their stock in their warehouse. 17 days later, no updates and my return policy is due in a few days. Needless to say terrible customer service on both ends so i would not recommend.

The quality is great! The closer you get to it, the better it sounds. The volume twister is also the mute button! One thing though, the volume twister (for voice and mic), have no stopping point, they keep going, so you will have to configure it with a sound recorder. Other than that, its a really good mic! The material is also really good, its a touch metal and does not smudge easy due to the matte coating.
