Immunity System Booster Supplement (60 Capsules) - £24First off I love the style and design here, mostly irrelivant but definately cool. 2 Capsules a day, so a two month supply. I know quite a few of the ingredients used here and they are promoted for immunity enhancement.The credentials look good so there's decent quality and thought here too

These supplements came on recommendation to me to help with my mental health, more specifically help me calm myself and relax.I've tried other products before of this sort and frankly I didn't feel any benefit from them. This product however has made a difference, I do feel more relaxed day to day.I'm around 20 days into them and I will be reordering.Packaging was a little overkill TBH, as is the quality of the jar, don't get me wrong it's a great quality presentation, I just feel it could be a great deal less and maybe even an eco bag of some sort.- Update Dec 2023, third order just placed today. Nice to see a refill pouch. I can definitely say these are making a difference, particularly with my quality of sleep 💤😴

May have been my error
This didn't really do much for me. It is beautifully packaged but I'm not sure if I needed this version or the one for energy level so the error may have been mine in ordering the wrong one!

Possibly too calming
It's always tough to review supplements. Everyone will have a different reaction to them and there are too many factors that decide their efficacy.These capsules are easy to swallow and appear to have equal amounts of ingredients in each. They offer a decent amount of vitamin d, b, and e. Vitamin D is always a good shout in these sunny climes.Subjectively, I did find these quite calming. Possibly too calming, so I tend to take them when I know I want to take it easy, rather than daily.Worth a shot if these ingredients have worked for you.
